Armed Forces Covenant
Boyden is a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, established in 2014 by the UK Ministry of Defence as a pledge of support for the fair treatment of the UK’s armed forces community.
The Covenant stands as a commitment to support the employment of reservists, veterans, cadet instructors and military spouses/partners, and to promote being armed forces-friendly. Being a signatory entails making a range of written and publicised promises extending our support to clients, candidates and employees who are members of the armed forces community.
