New Chief Employee Experience Officer
Mathieu Paquette will be joining VIA on April 3. His previous experience will be of great benefit to the organization. Mathieu joins us from Orica where he was responsible for Human Resources for North America. He led the organization’s competitive repositioning by implementing a broad range of initiatives focusing on improving the employee value proposition, talent development, succession planning as well as significant focus on mental health, diversity and inclusion across the organization.
As VIA’s CEEO, Mathieu will be responsible for the strategic direction, alignment and operational performance of all Employee Experience activities for the Corporation. As VIA embarks in a new phase of its development, Mathieu will play a leading role in the definition of the organization’s post pandemic successes.
