Boyden is pleased to share the appointment news of Ingrid Player who joins Cleanaway as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Ingrid joins Cleanaway with deep commercial and healthcare sector expertise, as well as extensive international commercial and regulatory experience gained across a variety of markets and industries. She has been recognised by prominent industry associations for her exceptional business mindset, tenacity and perceptiveness. During her career, Ingrid has developed a highly transferable portfolio of skills as a senior executive for one of Australia’s leading private healthcare providers. Positions included Group Executive for Legal, Governance and Sustainability as well as General Counsel and Company Secretary between 2005-2019.
Cleanaway’s presence within the commercial and health & aged care markets provides a clear indication of where this appointment will add significant value for the organisation and tap into the knowledge Ingrid has gained as a central player in formative events for her previous employer.
In addition to a growing list of NED assignments, Ingrid is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
