We are excited to welcome Valerie Berger to Alberta Blue Cross in the capacity of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Valerie joins Alberta Blue Cross from ATCO, where she has had a distinguished 14-year career serving most recently as Vice President of Financial Services. Valerie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Valerie was born and raised in Edmonton and is very involved in the community—including serving on the Board of Directors of the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, the NAIT Board of Governors, and the Edmonton Catholic School Board (as a public member of the Finance and Audit Committee).
