Honouring Boyden's Brent Cameron as Inductee into the Council of Governors

Each spring, Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's black-tie gala brings together business, government, and community leaders to induct the Board of Trade's immediate past chair into its prestigious Council of Governors. In addition, the event also honours the winners of the Rix Awards for Community and Corporate Citizenship, which are presented each year in memory of past Board of Trade Chair and renowned philanthropist Dr. Don Rix.
This year, we are proud to celebrate Boyden’s Brent Cameron as this year’s Inductee into the prestigious Council of Governors.
As well, we extend congratulations to an ambassador for cultural pride and resiliency within his community of the Musqueam Indian Band (MIB), Chief Wayne Sparrow for his 2022 Rix Award for Engaged Community Citizenship and London Drugs for their Engaged Corporate Citizenship Rix Award. This year, a special Rix Award for Outstanding Public Service will be presented to Dr. Bonnie Henry on behalf of all British Columbian healthcare workers.
