Diverse Philanthropy and Leadership concentrates on the vital role of growing diverse philanthropic markets in advancement, through building strategies for effectively engaging with diverse communities (i.e., ethnic, LGBTQ, young alumni) to reduce misunderstandings and misrepresentations and build community.

The Diverse Philanthropy and Leadership Conference will empower both professionals from different lived experiences and advocates to become changemakers in their organization.
