KPU Foundation announces their inaugural KPU Legacy Gala fundraising event to support student bursaries and food security.
The widening gap between assessed financial need and available funding to provide to these students who have applied for financial support is of great concern to KPU and the KPU Foundation. In 2022, this gap grew to $18.5M. To help bridge this gap, the KPU Foundation is excited to announce their first annual fundraising gala event aimed at raising funds for student bursaries, emergency grants and our student food bank. Supporting students is an investment in the future prosperity of our cities, province and beyond as KPU alumni go on to make critical contributions in their industries, professions and communities.
This will be an inspiring and elegant evening that showcases the exceptional people and programs that make KPU a force for change going forward. Through stories of impact shared, learn more about the university and help support hundreds of students fulfill their educational dreams.
